How We Help
🧠 Exercise Physiologists (EPs)
Help improve strength, coordination, balance, and endurance through targeted movement and physical activity.
Great for:
Regaining mobility and walking ability
Reducing fatigue
Preventing falls
Improving heart health and physical confidence
🗣️ Speech Pathologists (SPs)
Support communication, speech, language, and swallowing skills after a stroke or brain injury.
Great for:
Relearning how to speak or understand language
Improving cognitive-communication (memory, attention, problem solving)
Managing swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)
🖐️ Occupational Therapists (OTs)
Help with everyday tasks like dressing, cooking, writing, or returning to work or study.
Great for:
Building independence in daily activities
Adapting the home or using assistive devices
Relearning fine motor skills and self-care routines
